Common questions
How long does an order take?
It depends on the product and its decoration method, since embroidery, screen print and laser engraving each run on their own schedule. You’ll see the timing for your order on the proof before anything goes into production, and shipping is tracked from the moment it leaves. If you’re working toward an event, send artwork early and allow a day or two for proof review.
Can I get a proof before I pay?
Yes. Send your artwork through the quote request or by email, and we’ll return a free visual proof with all-in pricing for your quantity. Nothing goes into production until you’ve approved the proof.
What’s the minimum order?
Minimums vary by product and are listed on every product page. Brandevois sells in bulk only, so there’s no single-piece option. Sizes can be mixed within an apparel order to reach the minimum.
Which file types work for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the cleanest result. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works for most methods. If your logo only exists as a small file, send it anyway and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
