Most boat totes are open at the top, which is fine on a dock and a problem on a bus. This one closes with a full-width zipper and a metal pull, so the contents stay put when the bag tips over in a trunk or gets stacked under a seat. Unzip it and it still gapes wide enough to load a beach day with one hand.
Two broad bands wrap the body front and back, the base panel matches, and the 27 inch handles are the same contrast canvas, reinforced where they meet the bag. This bag is 18 oz canvas with a zip top, stripes and a matching base, so it’s lighter in the hand, closes, and looks more like a finished retail bag. Pick the open-top version for the heaviest loads, this one when the bag travels.
The natural front pocket is the standard location and the one priced online, because artwork reads cleanly there without crossing a stripe. If you need a back print or a mark on a band, send the artwork with a bulk quote request and we’ll confirm what works on the proof.
That depends on the decoration method, and the proof states it before anything is made. Finished runs ship with tracking. If there’s a sailing date or an event on the calendar, mention it when you send the artwork and we’ll tell you straight away whether it fits.
Spot clean the canvas with mild soap and air dry. Heavy cotton canvas shrinks and stiffens in a washing machine, and the print or embroidery lasts longest when the bag stays out of the dryer. Tap the sand out of the zipper before you close it.
