The patented Flexfit stretch band means no snap, strap or buckle at the back, so the cap sits clean on the head and fits in two sizes, S/M and L/XL. It’s the structured, mid-profile choice for uniform programs, corporate teams and retail merch, in 17 colors including two camo patterns.
The sweatband is the original patented Flexfit poly-weave spandex, which stretches to fit and stays put without an adjuster. There’s nothing to fray, snap or lose at the back, which is why uniform programs prefer it. S/M covers roughly 6 3/4 to 7 1/4, L/XL covers 7 1/4 to 7 5/8.
A 63/34/3 poly/cotton twill with spandex gives the six-panel crown a structured shape that holds through daily wear and laundering, and the mid profile sits between a low dad-cap crown and a high trucker. The visor is pre-curved, and the twill front takes embroidery cleanly.
Solids from Black, White and Navy Blue through Maroon, Khaki and Forest Green, plus Camo and Black Camo for programs that want a pattern. The logo is embroidered on the front panel in a 4 by 2.5 in area, and the sides and back are available for a second mark such as a department name or a flag.
