We don’t move to production until you approve. You get up to 3 rounds of free revisions until the proof is exactly right.
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) for screen print and embroidery — they reproduce sharply at any size. For Heat Transfer decoration, high-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 DPI minimum works perfectly. If you only have a low-resolution logo, our design team can often recreate it at no charge — just upload what you have.

If a unit fails any check, it doesn’t ship. This is why we can offer free replacement on any defect we miss.
If any tote arrives with manufacturing defects (failed stitching, broken rivets, canvas flaws, or decoration errors caused by our team), we’ll replace the defective units at no charge. Because every order is custom-printed to your specifications, we can’t accept returns for design changes after approval — that’s why the free visual proof step is mandatory. Our 20-point pre-shipment inspection catches the vast majority of issues before they leave the facility.
