Custom cooling towels in a hyper-evaporative polyester knit: soak it, wring it out, give it a snap, and the 34 by 12 inch towel pulls heat off the neck for a couple of hours before it needs another dip. It’s the summer giveaway that gets used on the sideline, the job site and the back nine, screen printed with your logo on the end of the towel or across the center, in eleven colors that stay bright after a season of rinses.

The knit holds water in its structure and releases it slowly, so evaporation does the cooling while the surface stays cool to the touch rather than dripping. At 34 inches it wraps a neck with room to tuck, or lies across the shoulders under a hard hat or a ball cap. When it warms up, another dunk in the cooler resets it. It goes in the washing machine at the end of the day and dries on a line overnight.

Black, Navy Blue, Blue, Gray, Neon Green, Neon Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, Yellow and White. The standard print is a 10 by 5 inch panel at the end of the towel, the part that hangs in view when it’s worn; the optional center print is a 14 by 9 inch field across the middle for a big event mark or a sponsor lockup. Up to four spot colors on either.

This isn’t the stiff sponge-style towel that dries into a board. It’s a fine, flat polyester knit with a faint waffle texture, soft enough to wear against skin, light enough to stuff in a pocket, and it never goes hard between uses. The hemmed edges hold up to wringing, and the print sits in the knit rather than cracking on top of it.

Soak it, wring it out and snap it a few times. The polyester knit holds water in its fibers and evaporates it slowly, and evaporation pulls heat off whatever the towel is touching. It runs cool for an hour or two depending on the heat and the breeze, then a quick re-wet starts it over.
No. This is a soft polyester knit that stays flexible when dry, folds flat and washes like a T-shirt. The stiff chamois-style towels are a different material and a different feel; this one wears like fabric.
The end print is a 10 by 5 inch panel at the tail of the towel, the part that shows when it’s around a neck; it’s included in the price. The center print is a 14 by 9 inch field across the middle for a large event mark, and the builder prices it per piece. Both take up to four spot colors.
Yes. All eleven colors can share the 250-piece minimum with the same artwork. Two different designs are quoted as two orders; request a bulk quote and we’ll price them together.
The towel is CPSIA and CCPSA compliant, which is the standard schools, camps and youth leagues ask about. Care is simple: machine wash, line dry, and it’s ready for the next practice.
