100 backpacks. Brandevois is a bulk-only print shop — we don’t sell single units. Pricing automatically discounts at the 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, and 5,000-backpack tiers.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 5–7 business days after we receive your approved visual proof, plus 2–4 business days for shipping. There is no rush option — plan your event date backwards from the 7–11 day window.

Are there any setup or hidden fees?

No. Brandevois pricing is all-in — what you see in the totals box is exactly what you pay. No screen-setup charges, no proof fees, no hidden line items at checkout. Most promotional sites tack on $50+ in setup fees per color per location; we don’t.

Can I print on both sides?

Yes. Both the front and back panels have a full 8″ wide × 8″ tall imprint area. Print one side, both sides with the same artwork, or two different designs — your call. Pricing scales with the number of locations.

What’s the difference between screen print and heat transfer?

Screen print lays down durable, vivid ink in 1–3 solid colors and is the most cost-effective choice for big runs with simpler logos. Full-color heat transfer reproduces gradients, photos, and unlimited colors — best for detailed artwork.

What file format do you need for my logo?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) give the cleanest print. A high-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 dpi full size also works well for heat transfer. Upload your artwork right here on this page.

Can I order a single sample first?

We’re a bulk-only shop, so we don’t sell single units — but every order includes a digital visual proof before we print, so you approve exactly how your logo looks before a single bag is produced.

How do you ensure quality before shipping?

Every backpack passes a 20-point quality check — drawstring tension, grommet seating, seam strength, and imprint registration. If a unit arrives defective, we replace what we got wrong at no charge.
