Custom tote bags with leather handles, made from 18 oz heavyweight cotton canvas with a contrast base panel. They’re for trade shows, onboarding kits and client gifting where a promotional tote needs to feel like something worth keeping, and the vegan leather handles are riveted at four stress points so they won’t pull loose.
The body is woven from 18 oz cotton canvas, more than twice the density of the 6 to 8 oz fabric on standard promo totes. It holds its shape under load, resists tearing and softens with use rather than wearing out. At 15.75 x 12 x 4.5 in it fits a 13 in laptop, a conference folder, a water bottle and lunch with room to spare.
The handles are water-resistant, UV-stable polyurethane leather with a real grain texture, fixed with rust-free metal rivets at four points. That removes the most common failure of stitched-only handles. The 20.5 in handles clear a shoulder comfortably, even over a jacket, and the 5 in contrast base in the same canvas adds wear resistance where the bag meets the floor.
The front panel gives you a large, flat imprint area, and the back is available too. Screen print suits bold one or two color marks, full color handles gradients and photographs, and embroidery gives a raised, executive finish. The proof shows the artwork at true scale on the canvas.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) reproduce sharply for screen print and embroidery. For full color, a high-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 DPI works well. If you only have a low-resolution version, upload what you have and our design team can often recreate it at no charge before the proof.
