Most bulk orders are a one-color print on a solid tee, and that’s the version that’s already in the price. Upgrade only the pieces that need it.
Pick one or more locations in the order builder. Your proof shows the artwork at each one before production starts.
12 pieces to start, and you can mix colors and sizes within one order.
The per-piece price drops again at 24, 48, 96, 144 and 288 pieces. Decoration and a free visual proof are included at every tier.

Bulk custom t-shirts on the Gildan DryBlend tee, the 50/50 cotton-poly shirt that crews, districts and event teams order by the hundred because it holds its shape, takes ink cleanly and costs less than a lunch. Forty colors, sizes S to 5XL, a classic unisex cut, and your logo screen printed, printed in full color or embroidered.

The 5.5 oz DryBlend jersey is spun from a high-twist 50/50 cotton-poly yarn, which is why it pills less, shrinks less and dries faster than an all-cotton tee at the same price. Taped neck and shoulder seams keep the collar from stretching, the double-needle hems don’t unravel, and the tear-away label leaves nothing scratching at the neck.

Every school and team color is here, from Navy, Royal, Red and Forest Green through Gold, Orange and Purple to Sport Grey, Sand and White, plus seven heathers and two ANSI hi-vis safety shades for crews. The safety colors and heathers sit alongside the solids in the same order, so a company can put the warehouse in Safety Green and the office in Heather Dark Navy without a second minimum.

Left chest, front print, back print and either sleeve. A one-color screen print is included and it’s what most teams choose; full color handles multi-color logos and photo art in one pass; embroidery puts a small stitched mark on the chest for supervisors and front-of-house staff. The smoother DryBlend surface is the reason the blank is a favorite with printers: ink lays flat and edges stay sharp.

Thirty of them do. Azalea, Dark Green, Dark Navy, Deep Royal, Heather Dark Navy, Heather Scarlet Red, Light Pink, Orchid, Sand and Scarlet Red stop at 3XL. If your roster needs the biggest sizes, choose from the other thirty and the builder will accept them; we’ll flag any mismatch on the proof.
Half. The DryBlend jersey is 50% cotton for softness and 50% polyester for shape, quick drying and pilling resistance, which is why it’s the tee most printers recommend for bulk orders. The seven heather colors are 65% polyester.
One ink color, screen printed in one position. Extra ink colors, a second location, full color and embroidery are each priced per piece in the builder before you commit, so a plain crew shirt stays plain-shirt money.
Yes. The minimum is 12 shirts total, and colors and sizes mix freely inside any tier. Two hundred shirts in six colors and eight sizes is one order at the 144-piece price.
Not with the care the blend wants: machine wash warm, tumble dry medium, and don’t iron directly over the print. The polyester content keeps the jersey from shrinking around the ink, which is what causes cracking on cheaper all-cotton tees.
