Custom tie-dye shirts on the Colortone Vintage tee, a 5.2 oz cotton-poly jersey hand-dyed in a soft crumple wash so every piece is one of a kind, in seven pastel colorways with your logo screen printed, printed in full color or embroidered over the dye. S to 3XL, from 12 pieces, with a free proof included.
Dark ink on a pastel wash is the combination that works; the proof shows your mark on the actual colorway before anything is printed.

Custom tie-dye shirts on the Colortone Vintage tee: a 5.2 oz cotton-poly jersey that’s bunched by hand and dyed in a soft crumple wash, so the color pools and fades over a white ground and no two shirts come out the same. Seven pastel colorways, a classic unisex cut from S to 3XL, and your logo screen printed, printed in full color or embroidered on top of the dye.

This isn’t the bullseye spiral from the craft table. The shirt is scrunched and dyed so two or three tones cloud across a white base in an irregular, washed-out pattern, the look of a favorite tee that’s been through a hundred summers. Because each piece is dyed by hand, the blotches land differently on every shirt; the colorway stays the same, the pattern never repeats.

Breeze is aqua and periwinkle, Wave is sky blue, Dusk is lavender, Storm is the palest grey-blue, Siren is mint and lilac, Zephyr is pink, and Reef is the sherbet mix of yellow, pink and baby blue. Put a whole group in one colorway and the shirts read as a set; mix them and the shared white ground still ties the crowd together in photos.

Tie-dye is a busy background, so a one-color screen print in a dark ink is the pick that stays legible from across a field, and it’s the one included in the price. Full color works for bold, simple marks with a solid backing. Embroidery sits above the pattern for a small left-chest crest on staff shirts; on a 5.2 oz jersey it’s kept small so the fabric stays flat.

A session shirt campers keep wearing in September.
Volunteer and participant tees that show up in every photo.
A softer take on school colors that students actually pick.
A matching set where no two are quite the same.
They’ll match in colorway, not in pattern. Each shirt is scrunched and dyed by hand, so where the color pools and how much white shows varies from piece to piece and batch to batch. That variation is the point of a hand-dyed tee; if you need identical shirts, a solid-color tee is the better choice.
A dark, solid ink: black, navy, forest or a deep brand color. Light inks disappear into the pale ground, and detailed multi-color art competes with the pattern. The proof shows your logo on the exact colorway so you can judge it before production.
No. The jersey is light at 5.2 oz, so embroidery is limited to a small left-chest mark up to 3.5 inches; a large back design would pucker. For a big back print, choose screen print or full color.
Cold water, inside out, no bleach, tumble dry low, and wash them separately the first couple of times. The fabric is preshrunk 50/50 cotton-poly, so sizing holds and the dye softens gently rather than fading out.
12 shirts, and all seven colorways and six sizes can share that total. Breaks land at 24, 48, 96, 144 and 288, and each tier keeps the one-color print and the proof in the price.
