Brandevois SMS Privacy Statement

This statement explains how Brandevois collects, uses and protects the mobile phone numbers and SMS consent of people who opt in to our text messaging program. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

01 No sharing or selling of SMS opt-in data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

1.1SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

1.2Your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages will not be shared with any third parties, and will not be sold, rented, leased or traded to any third party for their own marketing or promotional use.

1.3Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted solely so that we can send you the messages you opted in to. Those providers are not permitted to use your number for any other purpose.

02 What we collect

2.1When you opt in to text messages from Brandevois we collect your mobile phone number, the date and time of your consent, the method of consent (web form, inbound text or verbal), the source page or call, and your name and email address where you provide them.

03 How we use it

3.1Your mobile number is used to send the text messages you opted in to: replies to a quotation you requested, proof approval notices, production and shipping updates, and delivery notifications. Where you separately consent, we may send occasional promotional messages about offers and new products.

3.2Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

04 How to opt out

4.1Reply STOP to any message from Brandevois to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, email [email protected], or call (972) 532-0775.

05 Retention and your rights

5.1Consent records are retained for as long as your number remains on file so that we can demonstrate consent, and are produced on request. You may ask us to correct or delete your mobile number at any time by contacting us.
